Our client, a prestigious law firm located in Downtown San Diego, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with legal billing or strong A/R experience looking for a new challenge. The position will start as a contract role, with the potential to transition into a permanent hire for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the firm's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

• Monitor, track, and resolve outstanding balances and invoices.

• Process billing and collections, including following up on unpaid client invoices.

• Assist with reconciliations and generate reports for the finance team.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries regarding billing and payments.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in accounts receivable or legal billing (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in accounting or billing software.
