Company Description: Our client, a leading manufacturing company known for its innovative approach and commitment to quality, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team on a contract basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently.

• Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare and perform check runs.

• Reconcile vendor statements and manage vendor relationships.

• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounts payable within the manufacturing industry preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
