Pay Rate : $113.36 - $129.86 per hour

About the Work

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to strategically partner with the CoreX UX team , responsible for core YouTube experiences, including YouTube’s UX Design System .

In this role, you will:

• Act as the point of contact and project partner for T/PgM counterparts , fostering trust across Engineering, Product Management, and UX teams .

• Work with UX team leadership to define priorities, including requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and approval coordination .

• Provide clear communication to team leads on program status, risks, priorities, and resource needs .

• Identify issues proactively and create sustainable solutions .

• Conduct strategic analyses , translating data into insights that influence stakeholders and drive execution plans.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working with UX Design teams and Design Systems .

• Ability to establish trusted relationships and align diverse stakeholders.

• Proven experience in process improvement and driving organizational change.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

• Strong focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced, evolving environment .

Preferred Qualifications

• Thrives in vague or undefined project scopes, using data to drive solutions.

• Knowledge of user-centered design processes, design systems, Figma libraries, and product development .

Pay Details: $115.00 to $129.00 per hour
