Google Strategy and Operations Program Manager, Cross Segment, YouTube in San Bruno, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.

  • 3 years of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL, or related coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

  • 5 years of experience in quantitative analytics solving product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, SQL), querying databases, or statistical analysis.

  • Experience using or deploying digital analytics and measurement solutions.

  • Experience delivering analytics to executive stakeholders (e.g., problem scoping/definition, modeling, interpretation, presentation).

The Cross Segment Go-To-Market team is a part of YouTube's Business Strategy and Operations team and delivers service models for sustainable partner growth across creators, artists, and media companies. The team defines and implements proactive and reactive service models to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across the partner funnel.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
