Responsibilities

Position Summary:

This management position is responsible for leading Mission and Spiritual Care Services for Community Hospital San Bernardino.

Your interpersonal, analytical and process skills, and ability to lead, educate, and communicate at all levels, both internal and external to the Hospital are vital.

In this role you will provide leadership and consultation in defining and integrating mission into the plans, policies, and organizational processes that affect the organization's operations and strategic direction. And you will perform duties in support of, and in compliance with, the performance improvement plan, Joint Commission, and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree - in health care management theology spirituality behavioral science or other related field is required. A combination of education and experience may be substitute for degree.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in a related field (e.g. Spiritual Care Healthcare etc.) required.

Pay Range

$36.96 - $53.60 /hour
