Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Location: San Bernardino, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities: As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll be the go-to person for our clients and project teams. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

• Taking the lead on project proposals and contributing to secondary market proposals.

• Being the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Leading project teams from kickoff to the completion of construction.

• Crafting innovative design solutions within project timelines and budgets.

• Building and nurturing client relationships through top-notch service and project delivery.

• Networking at industry events to develop new business opportunities.

• Supervising and mentoring your design team, ensuring quality control for all projects.

Essential Skills: To excel in this role, you'll need:

• 5-15 years of experience in Electrical Design and Project Management.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

• Experience in various project types and market sectors (municipal, educational, medical, federal, or private market projects).

• The ability to multitask and adapt to changing technologies, codes, and tools.

• A passion for mentorship and team development.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with complex electrical systems.

• Proposal writing and client development experience.

• LEED certified professional.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Licensed Electrical Engineer in the State of California.

Work Environment: Our work culture is laid-back and collaborative. You'll spend about 60% of your time in the office and 20-30% in the field, with projects primarily located from San Diego to Santa Barbara. We offer flexible hours, including the possibility of half-day Fridays. Our team enjoys taking breaks together, participating in luncheons, lunch & learns, and in-office trainings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00
