Kelly Services Administrative/Accounting Assistant in San Bernardino, California

We’re seeking an Administrative/Accounting Assistant for a temp to hire position for a propane distribution company located in San Bernardino, CA. Requirements:

  • inbound calls and respond to customers via emails in professional demeanor

  • accounts receivable invoices and reconciling invoices in QuickBooks (training will be provided)

  • drivers by collecting delivery slips and documentation of service

  • customer service, maintaining a polite and helpful attitude

  • customers with questions and concerns

  • inventories of supplies, including office equipment, maintenance service requests and cleaning supplies

  • and responds to company emails/phone messages

  • and update customer information in database

  • and distribute mail as needed

  • utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks

  • years of work experience as an admin assistant

  • attention to detail, fast learner and ability to multi-task

  • in Spanish required

  • $20.00-25.00 an hour DOE

  • 7am-3:30pm 100% onsite
