The Opportunity

As part of the SAP Technology team you are responsible for leading the overall delivery of complex Global S/4HANA Integration projects, maintaining alignment with business goals and IT strategy. As a Senior Manager, you are tasked with guiding large projects and innovating processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, mentor team members, and contribute to the development of the SAP Technology Practice, building proficiency and thought leadership around SAP Solutions and offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex S/4HANA Integration projects

  • Align project outcomes with business objectives and IT strategy

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10 years of experience in SAP Integrations Architecture and Implementation

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred

  • SAP Certifications in BTP CPI

  • Demonstrating in-depth abilities with SAP Integration Architecture

  • Leading complex Global S/4HANA Integration projects

  • Developing architecture blueprints and integration roadmaps

  • Providing technical guidance to development teams

  • Monitoring and enhancing integration solutions

  • Demonstrating significant ability in SAP BTP Integration suite

  • Communicating complex technical concepts effectively

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
