Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Salesforce/ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. This is hybrid role, splitting time working remote and on client site.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for user stories

• Translate business requirements to technical and functional teams for

• ServiceNow implementations

• Working closely with Business Analyst and Product Owners to refine user stories

• and categorize the user-centric requirements

• Demonstrating an understanding of the customers team’s capability visions by researching, wireframing, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences

• Translating concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user

• experiences

• Identifying design problems, developing elegant solutions, and justifying design

• decisions eloquently

• Communicating design ideas and prototypes supported by objective analyses to

• facilitate decision-making

• Developing presentations and reports conveying complex information

• Perform subjective and objective research both qualitatively and quantitatively, to

• gather deep end-user understanding

• Participating on an agile team and use expand your knowledge of agile

• methodologies and tools (e.g., SAFe, JIRA, Confluence)

• Orchestrates coordination between stakeholders, end users, and technical

• teams

• Performs planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings

• Selects appropriate analysis methodologies and documentation standards

• Anticipates requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, conducting cost-

• benefit analyses, and designing appropriate solutions

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, Math, or related field OR10 years of comparable work experience.

• The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel

• occasionally as needed

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role working

• with ServiceNow or Salesforce Applications

• Experience leading and delivering Agile Development projects

• Experience leading client briefings and review sessions; demonstrated ability to

• present a polished and professional image to clients

• Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology-based consulting environment

• Willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems, which often extend

• beyond initial scope of responsibility

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Security Clearance Requirements:

• US citizenship, requiring a background check.

• Ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance
