**Job Summary and Description
Improving operational efficiencies through the implementation of operational improvements, or through management of College or District resources. Expert Services or Work Unit Supervision provided by the employee in one or more of the following: Organizing, planning, developing, and directing, a work unit. Serves as an organization-wide expert in CRM systems, primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other related professional or technical area. Reports to the Chief of Strategic Enrollment Management. **Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, management information systems, computer engineering, or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
- Three+ years of relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration experience in higher education is needed to include expertise on the Marketing Cloud modules - Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, etc.

- Masters degree in a related area.
- Four+ years of relevant experience is preferred to include supervisory duties.
