Referral Network Coordinator - Remote
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking professional with a background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, real estate, and recruiting. They excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and are eager to contribute to our organization's growth and success. This role demands a customer-focused, goal-oriented individual who can effectively work remotely in a multitasking environment. The ideal candidate will be on the east coast.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing support and communications with our national membership base.
Possess a strong understanding of real estate licensing requirements and regulations.
Ensure all CB branch offices and managers are informed about the Referral Network, its value proposition, and membership terms.
Grow and maintain Referral Network membership through regular communications efforts.
Serve as a point of contact for membership benefits and licensing inquiries.
Stay current with real estate licensure laws and education requirements.
Manage and maintain system processes, document management, and internal systems.
Use company-supported database software for membership management and accounts receivables.
Collaborate with members and branch office personnel to procure outstanding paperwork.
Handle Referral Network disassociations and ensure prompt execution.
Develop a schedule for timely member communication regarding license and membership renewals.
Conduct bi-monthly roster and post-renewal audits.
Coordinate the verification process for sales associate affiliations and disassociations.
Deliver exceptional customer service, manage high call/email volumes, and communicate effectively with all members.
Prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work remotely.
Fulfill any other responsibilities as required by the role.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in real estate licensing, sales, recruiting, or business development.
Strong customer service focus and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Real Estate License preferred.
Prior recruiting experience is highly valued.
