The Lead Solutions Architect works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. The Lead Solutions Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Lead Solutions Architect translates business needs into technical systems solutions. Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Drive Omni Channel UC's to map business outcome/OKR's Create a COE for omni channel capabilities for the Retail roadmap (Own/manage/backlog) Create best practices and guidelines to on board new requests. Partner with Journey architects and Enterprise Architecture (EA) to provide a blueprint vision of technology and functional requirements Understand In depth understanding of mapping Digital footprints on retail journeys Understand in depth Customer Experience (CX) journey and provide opportunities to implement ML/AI and NBA opportunities Own and drive discussions with Platform/Engagement/Product teams that enable our journeys.
Assist architecture teams in review, design, developments to existing application architectures.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
8+ years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering or information security.
In-depth understanding of CX (customer experience) journey as it relates to architecture/engineering.
Specific, work-related experience leading and assisting architecture teams in review, design, developments to existing application architectures.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
