Insight Global Hybrid Senior Change Manager in San Antonio, Texas

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Change Manager to lead and deliver Enterprise Change Management for Digital Change Management Initiatives at an Oil & Gas client using Agile methodologies. Create and execute on actionable deliverables such as (but not limited to): change management plans, impact assessments, communications plans, and training plans. Act as the Change Manager on assigned projects. Consult and coach business and IT teams in understanding and using change management framework and practices. Guide teams through standard and specialized change management activities, with the intention of supporting the adoption of new ways of working, while raising the knowledge and awareness of business unit leaders in change management.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of business/technology change management experience to support efforts within the Digital Transformation Group

  Experience at an Oil & Gas company is required

  Experience curating a persona-based training curriculum supporting efforts for Digital Transformation.

  Prosci Change Management Certification OR CCMP (Certified Change Manager Professional)

  Great communication and able to work with different team cultures under Agile methodology

  Develop a communication strategy / plan leveraging multiple communication vehicles with feedback mechanisms in place. Take initiative when creating communication frequencies with stakeholders, team, and leadership

  Must have a background in training and development - Perform training needs assessment, Determine training strategy: channels, frequency, and feedback mechanisms, Support of curriculum creation, content curation and delivery assistance, Facilitation / delivery of training, instructional design, educational psychology null
