Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and communication? We're seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This pivotal role involves managing interview scheduling and navigating the complexities of pre-employment. Must be willing to work onsite in San Antonio and have a Bachelors Degree

salary: $20 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Responsible for interview scheduling and processing candidates

• Work directly with applicants, hiring organizations, Talent Acquisition team members, and search firms to ensure on-boarding of candidates.

• Serves as subject matter expert for interview scheduling, coordinating travel arrangements, pre-employment processes, hiring standards, and compliance regulations.

• Enforces pre-employment processes to include candidate communications, standardized electronic correspondence, job postings, applicant tracking systems, spreadsheet trackers, vendor processes, service level agreements, and training tools.

• Provides a wide variety of administrative, clerical, and technical support.
