Responsibilities of the Stewarding Supervisor will include supervising the cleaning of any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel. Additional responsibilities might include scheduling, payroll, and training.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight.

  • Must be Food Handler certified.

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant/hotel experience.
