Job Description:

• The End-to-End Program Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of OSP FTTH construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, permitting, construction, and splicing/testing for both Austin and San Antonio. This role requires strong project management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Execution: oversee the full lifecycle of OSP FTTH construction projects, including milestone tracking, scheduling, and vendor performance management to ensure timely delivery.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across engineering, permitting, construction, and splicing/testing to maintain project visibility and resolve dependencies.

• Risk Identification & Data-Driven Decision Making: use data to monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide insights to leadership to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Experience:

• 3+ years of telecom experience, PMP certification, experience in project lifecycle management

• Project Management: ability to coordinate project pipelines, scheduling, and visibility

• Experience tracking milestones, forecasting, and reporting

• Risk identification and mitigation strategies

• Experience with vendor performance tracking and dependency awareness

• Communication & Influence: clear and concise project status reporting (written & verbal)

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams

• Effective collaboration with internal/external stakeholders

• Technical Knowledge: understanding of telecommunication infrastructure, OSP, FTTx

• Experience in Engineering/Permitting, Construction, and Splicing

• Familiarity with industry tools/systems for tracking and reporting

Education:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
