Job Summary Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Accountant to join our team. The candidate should understand the controls of paying invoices and the complexities of detailed project pay estimates. To be successful as a project accountant, the candidate should possess experience in accounting and the ability to provide accounting management with accurate invoice review and

have excellent communication skills toward effective collaboration and client services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pay App audits and prepare invoicing for payment.

• Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly

• Partner with the General Accounting to maintain accurate project financial records.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Proven work experience as a Construction Accountant or similar role

• Strong understanding of the construction field - especially for scheduling and finance purposes

• Familiarity with public accounting standards and practices

• Proficiency in using construction software, such as Projectmates

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration Schedule

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
