Job Description
Day-2-Day:
A client in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Collection Agent to join their team. This team is responsible to collect funds from delinquent accounts. The money given to members are credit cards loans, home equity lines of credit, savings accounts that are over drawn, etc. Responsibilities of this individual are shown below:
Will conduct Inbound and Outbound calls and will speak with about 32 members per day
Will understand what the members needs are and provide solutions to help improve the members financial security
Contacting members by telephone to negotiate debt recovery
Negotiate settlements to receive payment on percentages of loans

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
2 + years of Experience working in a Collections Call Center reconciling delinquent accounts
2+ years of experience working within a high volume call center with both inbound & outbound calls
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be comfortable in heavy phone support role
Must be reliable and available to work onsite in San Antonio, TX
Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month NA null
