Robert Half Business Analyst in San Antonio, Texas

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst, based in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves supporting the strategic migration of our laptops and software within the non-clinical and clinical space. The successful candidate will be required to analyze and compile data from multiple sources, providing reporting to senior and executive level leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, and presenting information for operational and business planning.

• Collaborate closely with IT end-users and other departments to ensure alignment and address any concerns during the transition.

• Gather business requirements and support short and long term operational and strategic business activities.

• Develop and implement effective business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

• Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement or adaptation in relation to new devices.

• Identify any gaps between current capabilities and the desired state with new devices, and develop plans to address them.

• Participate in testing activities to ensure new devices meet business requirements and user expectations.

• Review the analysis and interpretation of others work, and present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and any other relevant information.

• Interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of leadership. Requirements • Must possess exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency.

• Proficient in creating comprehensive documentation and delivering detailed reports.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and overall Microsoft Office Suites are necessary.

• Experience in delivering training sessions and planning processes.

• Knowledge of policy making and ability to conduct thorough research.

• Ability to review and provide workstation support.

• Must have a professional phone presence.

• Leadership skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-Suite.

• Experience in Clinical Trial Operations is a plus.

• Must be a team player with strong collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of SAN - Storage Area Network and experience with migration processes.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Experience in conducting interviews and business analysis.

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
