About the role

Join our dynamic team in Iberia. As Strategic Marketing Specialist, you will drive the execution and implementation of EMEA plans, ensuring alignment with our regional and country business objectives. You will orchestrate employee engagement activities, skills/training initiatives, and the implementation of our BDX imperatives through an omnichannel operating model.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Lead the execution of Omnichannel EMEA Marketing projects for Iberia, coordinating cross-business strategies and supervising progress.

• Develop value propositions and campaigns to strengthen the BD brand in Iberia, collaborating with Business Units.

• Drive C-Suite relationship management and support Business Units in developing influencing skills.

• Lead ESG initiatives for Iberia, coordinating cross-business strategy and representing BD Iberia in the European marketing organization.

• Supervise market trends, assess emerging industry trends, and propose plans to exploit opportunities or manage threats to BD's business growth.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.

• Relevant marketing certifications are highly desirable.

• Proven expertise in strategic innovation, product & portfolio management, market shaping & development, marketing planning & execution, marketing communications, customer insights & analytics, commercialization excellence, brand strategy, and digital marketing.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work within a matrix environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage in cross-business teams and get results.

• Ethical, strategic, and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to establishing creative approaches for individual and team development.
