The role of Vice President, Artificial Intelligence at Alight is a senior leadership position focusing on leveraging AI technologies to drive enterprise value and innovation within the company. Below is a breakdown of the key responsibilities and requirements for this position:

Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: * Lead AI, ML, and CV departments, setting strategic direction and defining objectives aligned with the company's vision. * Promote a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Collaboration: * Work closely with other executives to integrate AI strategies across the company. * Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop advanced AI features.

Vision and Communication: * Shape and communicate the vision, roadmaps, successes, and outcomes to stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and partners.

Innovation and Development: * Drive the creation of new AI capabilities that are both innovative and commercially viable. * Oversee RandD initiatives in AI and ML, ensuring they align with strategic goals.

Partnerships: * Establish partnerships with technology, academic, and research organizations to advance AI technologies and support business growth.

Team Management: * Build and manage a high-performing team of AI experts, data scientists, and engineers. * Foster a learning environment that encourages continuous professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements: Collaboration and Solution Delivery: * Ability to collaborate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to design and deliver effective data-driven AI solutions at scale.

Expertise: * Knowledge in AI, Analytics, and visual storytelling. * Experience across the ML landscape, including natural language processing, anomaly detection, recommendations, personalization, statistical learning theory, deep learning, and advanced analytics.
