The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Pay Range: $116,000.00 - $174,100.00

Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Formulates hypotheses around behavior and engagement and can turn that hypothesis into Research Studies * Work to define and prioritized unknowns and assumptions * Helps their team deliver value to our customers by making critical trade-off decisions * Coordinates with other teams to create experiences that transcend technical boundaries * Creates connections between product experiences * Connects deliverables to customer and business KPIs * Strategic planning around Product Launch timing, communication, and training * Creates and implements post-launch data collection and analysis plans * Develop strong relationship with Stakeholders * Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: * Ability to identify a short term vision for their product * Customizes communication to the audience * Quickly and effectively distills information * Proactive communication * Uses various qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies to inform product decisions * Highly skilled in product discovery methods * Understands tradeoff in technical choices

Competencies: Organizational or Student Impact: * Works on assignments of medium to complex level. * Structure project plans and manages cost-effective execution of tasks. * Limit errors to prevent impact to client operations, costs, or schedules. * This individual will follow established processes and protocols.
