As a Software Engineer III, you will help the R1 engineering team achieve R1’s strategic goals by developing and maintaining a comprehensive platform for business intelligence and analytics, which is crucial to R1’s success.

Every day, you will collaborate with a motivated Agile team, handle all aspects of development including the database, backend, and front-end, and follow and maintain quality standards. To thrive in this role, you must write clean, performant, testable, and secure code, participate in peer code reviews, and follow engineering best practices that support CI/CD, automation, and auditability.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Software Engineer :

• Developing software solutions that are user-friendly, reliable, maintainable, and performant.

• Collaborating with other engineers in design reviews, code reviews, performance testing, and functional testing to ensure product quality.

• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Attending daily scrum meetings, analyzing assigned user stories, and identifying and resolving gaps in functional user stories or business requirements.

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of practical experience in developing and delivering solutions using .NET and Angular.

• Proficiency in C#, LINQ, Entity Framework, and developing web APIs within the .NET Framework.

• Experience with SQL

• Experience in writing test cases using Jasmine and knowledge of testing frameworks compatible with modern .NET.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $60,483.00 - $125,383.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
