University of Utah PS Nurse Practitioner in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
The APC in the Division of General Surgery (Acute Care Surgery and Trauma Service) provides care to patients in the University Hospital and Clinics. The provider will care for trauma patients and others in need of acute surgical evaluation (such as those with incarcerated hernias, appendicitis, cholecystitis etc.). The general responsibilities include evaluating patients in the ER, In-patient care, Pre-op and follow-up clinic, and other related responsibilities.The Utah Trauma and Emergency Surgery service currently consists of 6 Attendings and 5 APCs.
