Great opportunity for Utah licensed NP to join a dedicated team of professional tailoring diabetes care to adult patients. We provide primary care and treatment to adult patients with diabetes and co-morbid conditions in the outpatient setting. Requires ability to diagnose and treat associated comorbidities conditions such as dyslipidemia, hypertension, kidney disease, heart disease, anemia, thyroid disorders and depression. Incumbents who possess comprehensive knowledge of the different types of diabetes and the medications used to treat each are strongly preferred.As a patient-focused organization, the University of Utah Health Science Center exists to enhance the health and well-being of people through patient care, research and education.
