Position: Optical Manufacturing Associate (Night Shift)

     3 days per week, choose your work schedule

Schedule: Sunday – Tuesday, 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM

Schedule: Wednesday – Friday, 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM

Starting Pay: $17.05/hour (with potential for production bonuses)!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Optical Lab Manufacturing Technician for our night shift operations in Salt Lake City, Utah. Join our team and play a crucial role in producing high-quality optical products for our customers. • Operate and maintain optical manufacturing equipment during night shift hours

• Perform lens cutting, edging, and finishing processes according to specifications

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Troubleshoot and report any equipment issues or production problems

• Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory

• Adapt to changing priorities and workload as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Demonstrated experience in optical lab manufacturing or related field is strongly preferred

• Proven ability to work night shifts is essential

• Exceptional attention to detail and stringent quality control skills are crucial

• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage time effectively is necessary

• Competence in basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping is required

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds is essential

• Superior communication and teamwork skills are imperative

• Reliable transportation to the Salt Lake City facility for night shift work is required

• Commitment to maintaining a consistent night shift schedule is essential

• Comfortable with a fast pace
