The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (Trust Lands Administration) seeks an Office Specialist for its Salt Lake City Office.

Principal Duties

  • Performs full clerical,administrative,and general office duties.
  • Receive and screens telephone calls,and/or visitors.
  • Schedule appointments and makes arrangements for meetings,conferences,and travel.
  • Handle highly confidential information and files.
  • Proofread and review correspondence.
  • Receive and record payments.

Ideal Candidate

  • High School Diploma and Associates degree preferred.

  • 1 or more years of administrative/office experience 

  • Ability to produce quality,timely and accurate work.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a high degree of tact,discretion and diplomacy.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited direction.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.

  • Excellent communication,organizational,and project management skills.

  • Enthusiastic support of the Trust Lands Administration's mission to generate revenue for the trust beneficiaries.
