TEKsystems Member Enrollment Coordinator - Remote in Salt Lake City, Utah

A WELL ESTABLISHED HEALTH PLAN PROVIDER HERE IN THE SALT LAKE CITY AREA IS LOOKING TO HIRE ON REMOTE MEMBER ENROLLMENT COORDINATORS TO SUPPORT THEIR OPEN ENROLLMENT SEASON

Candidates with recent Medicaid and Medicare Enrollment experience most preferred!

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-hour shift between 8am-6pm

Expected Start Date: 6/3/24

Typing Test of 40 wpm or higher required

1-step virtual interview with Enrollment Supervisors

Description:

-Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Government and/or Commercial member eligibility records

-Providing phone support, resolve eligibility discrepancies and questions.

-Provides support and expertise for one or more lines of business and/or business processes.

-Runs and distributes eligibility audit queries.

-Will help with escalated phone calls on Medicaid team

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Medicaid/CHIP knowledge or experience

-Experience with member enrollment / open enrollment

-Navigating multiple systems

-Working with or tracking various pieces of eligibility information, benefit information, or employee data

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
