A WELL ESTABLISHED HEALTH PLAN PROVIDER HERE IN THE SALT LAKE CITY AREA IS LOOKING TO HIRE ON REMOTE MEDICARE ENROLLMENT COORDINATORS TO SUPPORT THEIR OPEN ENROLLMENT SEASON

Candidates with recent Medicaid and Medicare Enrollment experience most preferred!

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Expected Start Date: 6/3/24

Typing Test of 40 wpm or higher required

1-step virtual interview with Enrollment Supervisors

This person will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Government and/or Commercial member eligibility records, while also providing phone support to resolve eligibility discrepancies and questions.

Job Description

-Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Government and/or Commercial member eligibility records

-Providing phone support when needed, resolve eligibility discrepancies and questions.

-Provides support and expertise for one or more lines of business and/or business processes.

-Provides feedback on testing of new applications or changes to existing system.

-Runs and distributes eligibility audit queries.

-Help handle large influx of applications during any open enrollment periods

-Will help with escalated phone calls on Medicare team

Additional Skills & Qualifications

 Medicare knowledge/experience

Experience with member enrollment / open enrollment

Navigating multiple systems

Working with or tracking various pieces of eligibility information, benefit information, or employee data

Experience Level:
