Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Corrugated packaging company is looking for maintenance mechanics to maintain and do preventative maintenance on their machines that manufacture and fold corrugated boxes. One of their main clients is Amazon for the Amazon package boxes. Looking for candidates who are strong in both mechanical and electrical. PLC is a huge plus and cannot be afraid of doing manual work like wrench turning and lubing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on all plant manufacturing and support equipment.

• Ability to troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems

• Work as part of a team in a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.

• Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.

• Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.

• Must progress and advance through the Maintenance Training Program.
