Description

Robert Half Management Resources is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead a cultural transformation for our manufacturing client in Salt Lake City. This 6-12-month contract role blends change management expertise with HR responsibilities, serving as the primary on-site HR contact. You will focus on aligning employee mindsets and behaviors with organizational values while managing resistance to change.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to shift employee behaviors and values using established change management frameworks.

• Act as the primary HR contact, managing employee relations, training, and workforce alignment.

• Partner with leadership and engage frontline employees to develop trust and foster collaboration.

• Identify and address resistance, ensuring smooth cultural adoption through tailored communication and collaboration.

• Use data and analytics to track and refine the cultural transformation process.

• Deliver targeted training and communication initiatives to support employees in embracing the new culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in change management and HR, ideally in manufacturing or a private equity owned company.

• Proven ability to lead cultural transformations and address resistance effectively.

• Proficiency with established change management tools and HR functions (e.g., employee relations).

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
