HireVue Integrations Consultant - West | Remote in Salt Lake City, Utah
Full Time | Remote US (Pacific and Mountain time zones preferred)
Who are we looking for?
This role is responsible for leading ATS integration projects, supporting other members of the team where integrations are needed, and working closely with partners and Product to continually evolve the effectiveness of integrations. The Consultant will also conduct customer training and lead small deployment projects as needed.
What will you be doing?
The Integrations Consultant reports directly to the Director of Integration Consulting and works closely with the entire services and product team. This is a customer-facing consulting role that will give you the opportunity to provide process consulting to our customers, as well as to stretch your technical expertise as you develop against ATS Integration APIs to establish communication between our systems and the customer’s ATS.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as a Professional Services expert on integrations, configuring integrations and consulting with customers on systems including but not limited to Taleo, Kenexa, Workday, iCims, SuccessFactors, and others
Complex technical support during implementation, including integration connection triage
Liaise between customers, Product Management, Professional Services, and partners to enhance and evolve integrations
Create professional technical documentation for internal and external use
Provide optimization recommendations to HireVue customers regarding how to best leverage integrations with existing partners
Develop and maintain testing procedures as well as perform Unit and Integration testing, both in Staging and Production environments, and other aspects of quality assurance including client validation
Drive increased utilization and adoption of integrations within the HireVue client base
Support Professional Services & Customer Success teams by leading integration discussions and integration trainings across the customer base
Train team members regarding implementation advancements & features
Perform other duties as required or needed to support the Professional Services team
To successfully execute these three functions you will need:
Experience navigating and learning online systems such as project management software, HCM technology, SalesForce, and SaaS applications. Experience working with the HireVue solution is a bonus.
Ability to translate easily between business and technical requirements.
Experience working with third parties in a SaaS environment to configure integrations and mutually achieve customer success.
Familiarity with concepts including
Browser dev tools
Ability to collaborate and review code with other members on the team to ensure each integration meets technical standards as defined by system requirements
Experience mapping workflows and customer processes, along with configuration in a SaaS application.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and create deliverables with little or no direction
Technical acumen to build project plans and to convert those plans into real solutions that work
Experience in project management with the ability to coordinate and manage across teams within tight timelines
A focus on execution with the ability to self-manage through ambiguity
Passion for outstanding customer service
Ability to develop & sustain peer and client relationships with a professional demeanor
Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time
Great written, oral communication, and presentation skills

Flexibility & a willingness to do what it takes to create successful processes and support the changing needs of the team
Experience working with Product Management
5-8 years of hands on experience implementing Taleo, Kenexa, Workday, SuccessFactors, and other ATS programs. Experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors preferred.
Knowledge of SFTP file transfers
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Professional Services working on Enterprise level projects in a technical consulting capacity
Ability to conduct detailed troubleshooting involving code, error messages, and across multiple systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Technical experience configuring software, specifically integrations
Technical aptitude for managing integration risks
Must possess a collaborative working style and thrive in a team environment
Focus on achieving rapid results
Energetic self-starter with ability to work independently
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
