Myriad Urology is seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Inside Sales Representative to join the Urology Business Unit. The Inside Sales Representative will drive account success and revenue growth by working directly with consumers, Urologists, and Radiation Oncologists to generate demand and sales of genetic testing for prostate cancer. Job responsibilities: Field support and customer success (50% of role) * Assist field-based account executives in managing high value or high opportunity accounts, onboarding, and supporting via digital orientations for continuing education and workflow process compliance. * For assigned accounts, serve as primary point of contact/liaison related to account orders. * Work directly with internal customer service teams to identify gaps and create solutions to improve customer experience. * Support high-priority accounts in vacant territories. * In open and under-penetrated territories, prospect new interest from Urologists and Radiation Oncologists educating them on the benefits of genetic testing for prostate cancer and convincing them to adopt Myriad's suite if testing solutions. * Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches. Drive and Support Digital Provider and Patient Sales Leads (50% of role) * Own the entire digital lead outreach and conversion process for both providers and consumers. * Qualify healthcare provider leads from digital and referral sources, increase opportunity value, and convert interested clinicians. Work directly with local Urology Account Executives for follow-up with office to help grow business. * Work directly with consumer leads to vet, educate, and provide resources to appropriate consumers considering Prolaris testing. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales materials and other resources needed. * Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a high level of sales acumen and customer engagement.
