Role Overview:
As an Inbound Client Services Associate , you'll be the welcoming voice of our firm, directing incoming calls with efficiency and professionalism. With our New York and London headquarters receiving approximately 400,000 calls annually, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication flow. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to support high-profile meetings by facilitating audio conference calls, showcasing your attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from clients with a high level of professionalism and connect clients to the correct department.
Support early morning or late-night meetings on weekdays or weekends as needed.
Collaborate effectively with global multimedia teams to coordinate meeting logistics.
Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain organizational efficiency.
Cultivate trusted relationships with executive-level assistants and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette
Flexibility to work holidays, early mornings, late nights, and weekends
Typing speed of 40wpm with high attention to detail and exceptional listening skills
Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change, and collaborate effectively
Proficiency with various computer software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Conference Operator, including operating complex phone systems
