Description
ICM Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Parts Inventory Analyst based out of their Salt Lake City, UT location. As an Inventory Analyst your goal will be analyze data and make decisions on inventory for an optimal customer service experience. The analyst will work with vendor supply chains to make sure that inventory is on route, on shelves, and well-stocked. Data will be leveraged for new product introductions, breadth and depth changes of inventory, and pricing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of vendors
Analyze forecast of parts/SKU's for adequate stock levels
Maintain part/SKU recommended orders
Review replenishment policy items for approval (Suggested Add to Stock)
Provide intelligence for SKU rationalization and requirements
Review lifecycle parameters to optimize inventory based on sales history
Analyze data to identify supplier constraint items to strategize for stock planning and contribute to vendor feedback
Maintain and review pricing of all SKU's to keep catalog up to date as well as identify any discrepancies
Provide in depth fleet analysis for stock considerations
Analyze inventory levels at all stores for capacity planning
Work with the counter advisers and service departments across all stores for inventory optimization
Contribute to strategies for items approaching end of lifecycle
Minimize the impact of non-moving inventory reduction
Find alternative solutions for any availability challenged inventory
Required Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently
Beginner to intermediate skill level of Microsoft Excel or related software
Any relevant supply chain experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SQL and databases
Data analytics experience
Certification in supply chain professional (CSCP)
Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
