Lead the HCI Finance Department with direct responsibility for budgeting, financial reporting, analysis, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, purchasing, receiving, equipment, and internal controls (12.0 FTEs). Oversee the development and consolidation of HCI budget with nearly 250 laboratories, programs, teams, and departments. Adhere to fund accounting principles for over 1,800 separate HCI chartfields including extramural grants, contracts, gifts, endowments, hospital support, university support, and state support. Oversee HCI financial reporting including quarterly consolidated financial statements consisting of Statement of Revenues & Expenses, Statement of Cash Flows, budget variance analysis, and year-end forecast. QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related area, or equivalency; fifteen years of progressively more responsible management experience; and demonstrated leadership, human relations and effective communications skills required.
