Overview:
HKS is seeking a Firmwide Immersive Technology Specialist to join our team.
Develops stunning immersive and interactive environments for architectural projects. Possesses and applies a diversified knowledge of immersive technology processes and procedures to complete assignments with originality and ingenuity. Anticipates job expectations while performing design and technical tasks requiring application of standard techniques and knowledge.
Responsibilities: Project * Works independently on all phases of a visualization project including creating custom immersive experiences on firmwide projects using game technologies such as Unreal * Understands and defines requirements for real time visualization per project * Helps develop workflows for architectural visualization, virtual, augmented and mixed reality experiences on firmwide projects * Works in a team environment, communicates updates, participates in discussions and researches the best approach per project * Researches new tools and stays abreast of latest developments in the visualization industry to share firmwide * Conducts training and shares knowledge with a global group of designers and Regional Immersive Technology Specialists

Financial * Collaborates in and may be responsible for delivering project on defined budget requirements * Applies skills to minimize risks, maximize value and seeks means to improve efficiencies and reduce costs * Responsible for the financial implications of overhead and chargeable time, including accountability to project plan and planned utilization rate
