About the Role

 

Variety is key! This opportunity will make use of your troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. We work with a mixture of customer use cases as we cover multiple financial modules globally. Success in this role relies on determining where to take action and who to involve to get the best and most time efficient outcomes. Balancing multiple issues with contending priorities will become second nature. No two days are the same, so if you are looking for a fast paced, collaborative role where you will be persistently challenged while growing, learning and developing, this is a phenomenal fit.

 

What would you do all day?

  • Handle a queue of financial support cases, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact

  • Work through interesting problems, motivate change and implement solutions

  • Handle time critical issues

  • Build relationships with our customers

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, QA and Development to determine solutions or workarounds

  • Balance ownership of existing case load while troubleshooting newly discovered issues

  • Maintain your knowledge of new functionality and compliance changes

  • Use your energy, drive and resourcefulness to encourage others throughout the company

  • Participate in our 24/7 Global Support, may be required to work weekend shifts a couple times per year

     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidations and Eliminations: Assist in the consolidation of financial statements and the elimination of intercompany transactions.

  • Currency Translations: Manage currency translation processes to ensure accurate reporting for our global operations.

  • Reevaluation: Support the reevaluation of asse ts and liabilities in accordance with accounting standards.

  • Roll Forward: Assist in the roll-forward of financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • General Ledger Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of general ledger accounts, identifying discrepancies and providing insights.

  • Allocations: Collaborate on allocation processes to ensure equitable distribu ion of expenses and revenues.

  • Asset Management: Assist in the management of company assets, tracking their value and depreciation.

     

About You

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Accounting/Financial role with strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounting, Business Assets and Budgets.

  • Previous experience resolving technical support issues

  • Prior experience with Financial Enterprise software in a support environment is a huge plus

  • Must be available to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday - Friday

     

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Basic Qualifications

  • Prior experience within Workday Financials Management

  • Previous experience in an Accounting/Financial role with strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounting, Business Assets and Budgets.

  • Previous experience resolving technical support issues

  • Must be available to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday - Friday

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $102,800 USD - $154,200 USD

 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $79,800 USD - $154,200 USD
