Executive Assistant

Draper, UT

We are partnering with a prominent global organization in the Financial Services sector to find a motivated Executive Assistant engineering division. This opportunity is perfect for those looking to gain valuable experience in both the Financial Services and Engineering industries. As an Executive Assistant, you will support high-level executives, streamline operations, manage calendars, and contribute to strategic initiatives. If you're highly organized, proactive, and eager to make a significant impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support, including managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

  • Assist in creating presentations and organizing team agendas for global meetings.

  • Support floor relations, onboarding, and space management.

  • Handle time entry for teams and coordinate events.

  • Communicate professionally with teams, executives, and global clients.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

  • Ability to type 70-80 WPM and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in project management, HR, business administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in an administrative or executive support role.

Work Details:

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week, based in Draper, UT.

  • Overtime may be required during peak periods, with full compensation.
