Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Division Vice President of Patient Experience you will be responsible for the effective and efficient deployment of patient experience standards, processes, and initiatives. You will play an important role in the mentorship and development of our clinical staff. In this critical role

  • You will develop division strategic plan for advancing patient experience that aligns with the enterprise framework.

  • You will provide feedback to corporate shared service on division-based patient experience needs (e.g., specific training modules).

  • You will shape corporate strategy by providing data-driven feedback on needed interventions or workshops.

  • You will be responsible for the implementation and sustainability of patient satisfaction initiatives to improve patient experience across the division in alignment with the strategic and operational objectives of the division and the Chief Patient Experience Officer.

  • You will utilize evidenced based practices including but not limited to Nurse Leader Rounding, Employee Rounding, Senior Leader Rounding, Standards of Behavior, Peer Interviewing, etc.

  • You will coordinate or provide directly, training classes or other programs to ensure new and existing staff have proper tools and preparation to perform daily tasks and duties

  • You will engage with individual facilities to identify unique concerns and assist with development of action plans.

  • You will provide support and direction with regards to obtaining favorable CAHPS results.

  • You will monitor and evaluate reports consistently, trouble shoot areas of concerns; implement corrective action as needed.

  • You will evaluate the effectiveness of training courses, workshops, or other developmental interventions designed to address training needs of individuals or groups of employees.

This position is incentive eligible.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Master's Degree Nursing required.

  • Doctorate's degree Nursing, education, or a related field preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in Nursing.

  • 7+ years of management experience.

  • Lean experience or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
