Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for implementation of division network optimization strategy and agenda. Position requires ability to effectively collaborate with critical stakeholders across markets/network to optimize our ability to retain patients in our system of care. Leads programmatic efforts related to care coordination efforts to ensure alignment of resources and agenda.

Position requires ability to lead through influence, create structure and accountability, identify areas of opportunity, and support the team (division, hospitals, lines of business/shared services) in addressing barriers and implementing change. Requires analytic and business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to identify opportunities and manage through execution / implementation.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Master's degree Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare required

• Experience in effectively leading in a matrix environment

• Strong collaboration, communication, leadership skills across diverse constituents
