Nightingale College Coordinator, Governance and Operations in Salt Lake City, Utah

Coordinator, Governance and Operations Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the coordinator is to provide operational support by performing general office duties, such as meeting coordination, maintaining records management database systems, performing basic filing work, conducting research, handling information requests, and preparing correspondence. The coordinator will also be responsible for helping plan and execute company-wide events, learner events and coordinate travel. *This is an onsite position, located in Salt Lake City. *

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Answers phones, directs calls, and takes messages.

  • Completes and mails bills, contracts, policies, invoices and checks.

  • Opens, sorts, and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.

  • Compiles, copies, sorts, and files records of office activities.

  • Manages travel platform.

  • Processes receipts and uploads appropriate documentation to SAP Concur platform.

  • Coordinates and organizes company-wide and learner events with Manager, Event Management.

  • Participates in additional functional projects as they arise.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Background in providing event professionalism and maintaining a constant under stress or concerns as they arise.

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
