Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electric is part of the nation's largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning service provider in the country, and we are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We currently service multiple nursing homes, apartment buildings, restaurants, manufacturing, hospitals & institutions.

Responsibilities
Service & installation of commercial heating/cooling systems including but not limited to;
- Hot water & steam heating boilers.
- Forced air & air conditioning units.
- Heat pumps.
- Chilling towers.
- 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- CFC Certified
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools.
- Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces.
- Use of ladders for roof access.
Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- CFC Certified
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics .
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools.
