University of Utah Business Systems Administrator in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

The University of Utah Campus Store is the leading retail arm of the University, providing exceptional customer experience through innovative solutions. We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Administrator to join our team as the functional expert in the Campus Stores shadow system, Oracle NetSuite, ensuring seamless ERP operations and enhancing the user experience for both internal and external customers. This position will also oversee other third-party applications that operate in tandem with Oracle NetSuite, such as Watchman Payment Systems, Atrium Campus Card, VitalSource/Verba Academic Materials Solutions, TradeCentric, HyperSpace, etc.The Business Systems Administrator is the functional expert and first point of contact for the University of Utah Campus Stores business applications, including our NetSuite ERP system. The primary objective of this role is to optimize the business applications, support and train end-users, and provide technology tools to the organization to enhance efficiencies. This position is responsible for ensuring that both technical and system solutions continually meet the ever-changing business objectives through the daily administration and continued improvement of the business applications used by the University of Utah Campus Store. Thorough documentation of business processes is required, including system configuration, procedures, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting steps, to ensure smooth operation, facilitate knowledge transfer, and enable efficient problem-solving when needed. This includes applications covering inventory management systems, e-commerce, point of sale, customer relationship management systems, accounting, and financial reporting.The University of Utah is the states public flagship institution and a top-tier research university.
