As our Business Analyst , you will drive R1’s continued growth and success. You will research progressive systems solutions to evaluate their impacts, be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. You will serve as a subject matter expert in your assigned domain and R1’s business processes.

Here's what you will experience working as a Business Analyst:

• Prepare complex deliverables in Excel spreadsheets in a consistent and reusable format

• Complete target to source mappings, supporting the development of data pipelines

• Engage team members in identifying and troubleshooting process or system related issues

• Work with internal customers to deliver accurate analysis and interpretation of data

• Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Required Skills:

• Ideally 2+ years of healthcare domain experience

• Ideally 2+ years of data analysis experience is required, including gathering requirements from internal partners

• Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communications and strong commitment for delivering the highest level of service

• Experience collaborating directly with customers, vendors, and business partners for requirements gathering and report delivery

• Desire and motivation to continually learn, building technical skills and programming abilities.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development cycle using Jira, a plus

• Proficiency with Excel (Import/Export data, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, VBA Macros, etc.)

• Experience with SQL required

• Experience analyzing raw data files required

• Knowledge of FHIR or RCM clinical data is a plus

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $47,236.00 - $74,776.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
