Job Summary
Performs a variety of bookkeeping activities including, but not limited to, preparation of invoices and bills, payments of invoices, reconciliation of accounts.
Responsibilities
Prepare, process and bill, Third Party vendors paying student tuition. Third parties include military entities. Reconciliation of third party accounts each term and bill for any outstanding balances or refund of over payments. Prepare corrections for third party accounts. Prepare corrections for student accounts. Assist students/parents who call the Bursar’s Office with questions, or by taking payments for tuition accounts. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Four years of bookkeeping or accounting experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), and an understanding of basic accounting principles, mathematical and spreadsheet skills; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.

Preferences
Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills.
