Description

Opening for an Administrative Assistant seeking a company they can grow in. The right Administrative Assistant for this role is someone achievement-oriented and focused on their work.

The Administrative Assistant will be over:

  • Receiving and directing visitors

  • Word processing, filing, and faxing

  • Support on diverse projects for other employees as needed

  • Coordinate travel for team members, interview candidates, and key partners

  • Assist in resolving administrative problems

  • Assist the HR team

    Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, office manager or other applicable roles

  • Experience working with professionalism and discretion

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
