Description We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. As part of the service industry, you will be expected to oversee our dynamic accounting team and manage our accounting activities. Your responsibilities will include the management of the general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, as well as regular communication with the Controller and other staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations

• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions

• Regularly communicate and coordinate with the Controller and other staff members

• Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements

• Administer company’s payables and spend platforms

• Offer recommendations for improvement of current accounting operations and implement new processes

• Develop and monitor metrics to assess the effectiveness of accounting processes and people

• Oversee state by state tax and regulatory reporting & compliance

• Maintain the general ledger system in the Company’s ERP

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Verify the accuracy of all costs and reconcile all subledgers to the general ledger

• Supervise and build a strong accounting team to fit the needs of our growing company

• Manage and perform other duties consistent with the role of a detail oriented individual Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of BlackLine software

• Familiarity with Concur expense management software

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to perform all Accounting Functions

• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Competency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Auditing

• Proficiency in managing Billing Functions
