Robert Half Account Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah

Description We are in search of an Account Manager to join our team situated in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be key in expanding our product reach on the retail side, driving revenue growth, and providing financial analysis to inform business decisions. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Execute B2B sales strategies to promote product expansion in the retail sector.

• Plan, develop, and implement effective campaigns to drive sales and business growth.

• Utilize financial analysis skills to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Analyze revenue streams and financial data to inform strategic decision making.

• Maintain regular communication with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions.

• Monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and take appropriate action.

• Develop and maintain complex sales strategies to enhance business profitability.

• Leverage skills in business sales to drive business growth and expansion.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies and campaigns. Requirements • Proven experience in an Account Manager role, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position

• Demonstrated ability in campaign planning and execution

• Experience in B2B sales and complex sales processes

• Solid understanding of business sales strategies

• Proficiency in financial analysis and ability to provide financial analysis when required

• Proven track record of driving revenue and analyzing revenues

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
