The position is responsible for coordinating and managing the electrical planning and scheduling requirements for our facilities maintained by our maintenance team located in Salisbury, Maryland.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Scheduling routine, preventive, and predictive electrical maintenance to ensure the maximum availability and longevity of assets.

  • Provide supervision and support company and local codes, regulations and safety procedures.

  • Providing technical planning and scheduling support for electrical activities.

  • Developing, preparing, analyzing, and distributing electrical management reports.

  • Providing data and information for budget preparation, tracking, and analysis.

  • Perform other task as assigned.

Minimum Education

  • Associate degree in Industrial Technology or Maintenance OR 4 -8 years of Industrial Electrical experience, OR 2 years of previous experience in industrial electrical planning OR Electrical Journeyman License

Experience Requirements

  • Substantial work experience in electrical or maintenance planning and experience with CMMS may be substituted for the associate degree

  • Understanding of manufacturing technologies

  • Strong electrical skills

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, math, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Basic knowledge of safety programs

  • An understanding of standard software applications and PLC’s

  • Flexible work schedule to support maintenance of facilities

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

The environmental factors and physical requirements of this position include the following:

Able to move freely throughout the AgriBusiness facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150'), exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 Degrees Fahrenheit), humidity, (0 - 100%), noise (50db to 100db – hearing protection required) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available). Required to travel to remote AgriBusiness facilities. Able to use standard office equipment.
